Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or the website before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; you'll then receive a voucher for the free carer ticket, subject to availability. Please note both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

With the flexible cancellation ticket, you can get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to someone else.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The venue is indoor, with assigned seating. Please note the venue can be cool during the winter months; we recommend wearing warm clothing.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
