Description
Featuring actor Nina Wadia OBE, soprano Claire Booth and pianist Andrew Matthews Owen, the evening weaves Austen’s revealing letters with music she loved, including Handel, Mozart and Beethoven, and paints a vivid picture of her world, her friendships, her loves and her sharp observations of society.

We think we know Jane Austen through her unforgettable characters—the spirited Elizabeth Bennet, the imaginative Emma Woodhouse, the self-possessed Elinor Dashwood—but here you’re invited to meet the real Jane, in her own words.
