Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us indicating your ticket ID to request the change.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which offers a different policy. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

What different ticket types are available?

Tickets are available for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for those who are 8 and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience for everyone, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Can I get a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; once you have it, contact us for more information.

The experience takes place at Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Vancouver, at 690 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC V6C 2L1.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is accessible by SkyTrain, buses and other methods of transportation. The closest SkyTrain station is Burrard station.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts (it runs about 60 minutes) to make sure you're seated on time.

Is parking available?

There is paid street parking and nearby parkades available in the downtown Vancouver area.

Is food or drink available?

We will not be serving food or beverages at the venue. You are welcome to bring your own water.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, this venue has disability access. We advise arriving early and identifying yourself to our staff to receive priority seating and assistance.
