Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more details, check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (amazing visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first; then contact us for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Bishop McVinney Auditorium offers disability access and is ADA compliant.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Enter "30 Fenner Street, Providence, RI, 02903" into your GPS to reach the parking lots, where you can park in any of the lots on either side. Free parking is also available on Dave Gavitt Parkway. Please note parking is extremely limited, so arrive early - there is no late entry past the 10-minute grace period.
Is there food served?
No, outside food or beverages are not allowed at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout the rest of the performance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
