The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Drinks are available for purchase on site.

Close to the venue you'll find the public car park "Parkplatz Köln Kalk" as well as the underground car park "Contipark Kalk". Parking there is subject to the operator's rates.

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us with proof of your support needs or entitlement to a free carer ticket. Once we receive your proof, we will provide you with a voucher you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

The venue is divided into zones A, B and C, based on sight quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the type of ticket purchased.

Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of venue or a postponement, we will of course notify you by email in advance.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
