Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating in the Piano Nobile hall.
Is food or drink available?
There is a drinks bar on site. Food is not offered.
Is parking available?
Parking directly around Zunfthaus zur Meisen is limited. Recommended nearby car parks are Parkhaus Hohe Promenade, Parkhaus Urania and Parkhaus Utoquai.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Where does the experience take place?
Münsterhof 20, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland (Zunfthaus zur Meisen, Piano Nobile hall, 1st floor). From Zurich main station, take tram 6, 7, 11 or 13 to Paradeplatz, then about a 3-minute walk. From Stadelhofen station it's about a 10-minute walk along the Limmat.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
