Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the start, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the "Flexible Refund" add-on for this event. With it, you can return your ticket up to 48 hours before the start for a full refund, no documents required. Please note the ticket is not refundable if transferred to another person.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly in the app.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors (Zunfthaus zur Meisen, Piano Nobile hall on the 1st floor).

Is food or drink available?

There is a drinks bar on site, but food is not offered.

Is parking available?

Only limited parking is available near Zunfthaus zur Meisen. Recommended nearby car parks are Parkhaus Hohe Promenade, Parkhaus Urania and Parkhaus Utoquai.

Is there an age requirement?

From 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my companion/carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant. Send us the relevant documentation after buying your ticket.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Can I take photos or record video during the performance?

According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles a fire hazard?

No, for everyone's safety all candles are flameless.

How do I get to the venue?

From Zürich main station (HB), take tram lines 6, 7, 11 or 13 to Paradeplatz, then walk around 3 minutes. From Stadelhofen station, it's around a 10-minute walk along the Limmat.
