Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play): log in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I get a refund, or change the date of my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not available under any circumstances (see our Terms & Conditions), though a Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase if you'd like that option. You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance: contact us with your ticket ID, or check whether the "Exchange date and/or time" option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need help, including your ticket order number.

How long does the concert last?

Accepted Answer

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating, at Europa Village Wineries & Resort - La Sala da Ballo Toscana.

Will food and drinks be available on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase. You can also enjoy on-site dining before the show: Bolero Restaurante offers a Spanish tapas-style experience with seafood, steak and European cheeses, while Mercato di Vienza offers more casual Italian fare, including wood-fired pizzas and gelato. If dining before the show, please allow at least two hours before the concert's start time; reservations at Bolero are recommended.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available on site.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Accepted Answer

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?

If weather affects your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.

Yes, the event is held in an ADA accessible venue.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this venue, though service animals are welcome.

Can I get a ticket for a carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant. Contact us here and we'll provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

What are the seating zones, and can my friends and I sit together?

The theater is divided into different sections based on view quality; staff at the entrance will help you find your purchased section, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis within it. You can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.

What temperature should I expect at the concert?

Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful historical venues, where temperature control can occasionally be a challenge. We do our best to maintain comfort, but temperatures may fluctuate depending on the season, so dress accordingly.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Yes, you can leave to use the restroom. You'll be let back into the concert space during breaks between songs, to minimize disruption for the musicians and other guests.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for everyone's safety all candles are flameless. Please also keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.

What are the "Candlelight Photo" and "Candle 3-Pack" add-ons?

Accepted Answer

"Candlelight Photo" is a personalized photo session in a designated area, including one instant Polaroid-style print; your photo is taken before the show (the session ends 10 minutes before it starts) and printed for pickup at the exit, so be sure to collect it before leaving, as it can't be stored for later. Photos can also be purchased on site, card only, while supplies last, though online buyers get priority. "Candle 3-Pack" includes 3 premium electric candles; if purchased online it must be collected on site on the day of your event, and once picked up it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
