Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons

The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone — the concert starts on time and entry is not possible once it has begun.

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

There's no dedicated car park at the Alte Kirche Altenessen itself. Some public parking is available on the surrounding streets, though these spaces are also used by residents and tend to fill up quickly, especially around event times. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking, or using public transport instead.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we receive these, we'll provide you with a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket to enter the venue.

Yes, the venue has wheelchair-accessible access.

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash. Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

By public transport, you can reach Alte Kirche Altenessen via U-Bahn lines U11 (towards Messe/Gruga) and U17 (towards Margarethenhöhe) to the Altenessen Mitte stop; several bus lines (including 170, 172, 162, 183) as well as night and express services also stop there. By car, take the A42 or A40 onto the A52/A59 towards Essen city centre, following the signs to Altenessen.

For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.

Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll of course notify you in advance by email.

For selected events, a Flexible Refund Ticket is available, allowing you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before your experience starts, with no documentation required — just contact us. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
