What is The Jury Experience?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused’s fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.

How long does it last?

Approximately 1 hour.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Are seats numbered?

No — seating is first-come, first-served within your zone. Zone A = best visibility, Zone B = good (behind A), Zones C & D = fair (side view).

About your tickets
How do I find my ticket?

No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours before the start, based on availability. Contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I buy tickets?

Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, for free. Click “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free Carer/Support Worker pass. Contact us after purchasing with supporting documentation (DLA, PIP, evidence of sight impairment, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID).

When should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the start. No late entry permitted.

12+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and requires a ticket.

No, food and drinks are not available for purchase on site.

No — phones must be in silent mode for the entire performance.
