What ticket types are there?
There are four ticket categories: Front Row, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought on site. They must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or the website feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
If you need assistance throughout your visit, you'll receive a free ticket for your companion. First buy your own ticket, then submit your supporting documents via the Fever customer service contact form. You'll then receive a voucher code that lets you book the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Show your ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction?
The minimum age is 8. Under-16s may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact Fever customer service via the contact form and provide your ticket ID. Regular tickets cannot be refunded; you'll find more information in the terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, tickets with flexible refund are available: these let you get a full refund of the ticket price if you decide not to attend.
By when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you get in touch up to 48 hours before the start. A ticket that has been transferred to another person is not eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are needed to request a refund.
How do I request my refund?
Submit your request via the Fever customer service refund form.
Where does the concert take place?
In the Schlosssaal of Schloss Oldenburg, Schlossplatz 25, 26122 Oldenburg.
How do I get to the venue?
The Schlosssaal is located in Schloss Oldenburg, in the Landesmuseum für Kunst und Kulturgeschichte; access is via the back courtyard. On foot: it's about 15 minutes from Oldenburg Hauptbahnhof through the city centre. By public transport: several bus lines run from the main station into the city centre; the stops "Schlossplatz" and "Staustraße" are just a few minutes' walk from the entrance in the back courtyard. By car: take the A28 or A29 towards Oldenburg-Zentrum and follow the signs for "Schloss / Landesmuseum". Car parks are available, for example, at Schlossplatz or on Heiligengeiststraße. Sat nav address: Schlossplatz 1, 26122 Oldenburg.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are. For an assistance animal, you'll need to fill in a form from Fever customer service in advance.
Is the venue accessible?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you should only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert will start on time, and no entry will be allowed once it has begun.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect the event and it needs to be relocated or postponed, we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Get there in good time; the team will do their best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, free of charge to any other Fever account: select "Transfer tickets" next to your ticket in the Fever app. If you have any questions, contact Fever customer service through the contact form and provide your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (on the Apple App Store and Google Play), logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone.
Are the candles flammable?
For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and there is no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
