Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on, which lets you request a refund (minus a 10% fee) or exchange for a new date up to 48 hours before the show; no documentation is required.

How long does the show last, and when do doors open?

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show starts; no entry is permitted once it begins.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

BYOB is not allowed at The Chapel on Sycamore. Beverages are available for purchase; no food is permitted or available.

There is limited paid parking available at the venue, plus nearby paid parking. Free 2-hour street parking is available on Sycamore St between Commerce Dr and Ponce de Leon Ave.
