Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Entrada geral. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.

How do I get to the venue, and is food and drink available?
You can drive to the venue or use public transport to get there. There is a bar where you can buy drinks. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
Can I bring pets?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The venue is not accessible for wheelchair users. If you have any questions, contact us at ola@feverup.com or directly at the event venue. There is no parking available.
How early should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts. The show starts at the scheduled time and all audience members should already be in place by then. If you arrive late, you will not be able to enter the room/venue, out of respect for the performers and the audience's experience.
