About the experience

What are the different seating options?

The theatre is divided into sections based on the view. On arrival, our staff will assign you a seat based on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the section you have chosen.

How do I vote?

Scan the QR code displayed in the venue with your smartphone — you'll be taken directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically. If yours doesn't, use Google Lens or a QR scanner app. Our staff will be happy to assist you on site.

Is there any sensitive content I should be aware of?

Yes, our experiences may include adult themes such as crime, violence, grief, drug use, domestic violence, physical injury, and emotional manipulation. Performances often include moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will be no strobe lights.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the final applause and without a flash.

Can I use my phone during the show?

No, your phone must be on silent for the entire show.

Can I leave the venue during the show?

Out of respect for the performers and audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.

About your tickets

Are there tickets for sale at the entrance?

No, tickets are not sold on site. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or feverup.com.

Can I get a companion ticket?

Guests who require assistance can request one free companion pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. Contact us here — you will receive a voucher code to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Present both the regular ticket and the companion ticket upon arrival.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Is a refund possible?

You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change Date and/or Time' button in the Tickets section of the Fever app (if available). Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, without any additional costs. Click on 'Transfer Tickets' in the Fever app. For assistance, you can contact us mentioning your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same details you used to make the purchase). You can also find the QR code in the confirmation email.

Do I have to print my ticket?
