Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID, or use the "Change date and/or time" button in the Tickets section of the Fever app (if available). Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 12 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the closing applause and without flash.
Are there content warnings?
This show contains themes and testimonies concerning death resulting from a traffic accident, references to injury and fatal outcomes, and testimonies about grief and loss. The performance contains moments of intense emotional conflict.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may address adult themes such as crime, violence, grief, drug use, domestic violence, physical injury and emotional manipulation. Performances often contain moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.
Are there strobe lights?
No, there are no strobe lights.
Are tickets sold at the entrance?
No, no tickets are sold on site. Tickets are only for sale via the Fever app or feverup.com.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance can request one free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Contact us here — you will receive a voucher code with which you can buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Show both the regular ticket and the carer ticket on entry.

Are food and drinks for sale on site?
Yes, you can buy food and drinks at the bar before the start of the event.
What are the different seats?
The theater is divided into sections based on the view. At the entrance, our staff will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the section you chose.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code shown in the room with your smartphone — you go straight to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically. If that doesn't work, use Google Lens or a QR scanner from the app store. Our staff will gladly help you on site.
May I use my phone during the show?
No, your phone must be on silent during the entire show.
May I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you may not leave your seat, except in an emergency.
May I bring pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue, assistance dogs are.
Is parking available?
No, there is no parking at the venue. We recommend not coming by car.
