You can change your date up to 48 hours in advance — contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change Date and/or Time' button in the Tickets section of the Fever app (if available). Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the start. Arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can allocate you a spot in your booked category. The show starts promptly; late entry is not permitted out of respect for the performers and the audience.

Animals are not allowed. Guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The theatre is on the ground floor with no stairs and is fully accessible. Unfortunately, the toilets are not adapted.
