The house where the composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770 is one of the few preserved Bonn bourgeois houses from the 18th century. In 1989, the Beethoven-Haus association celebrated its 100th anniversary and has since housed the Beethoven Archive. A true gem of the house is the chamber music hall.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. They must be bought in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the whole experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you need a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant proof via https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Once we've received it, you'll get a voucher that you can use to book your carer's free ticket, subject to availability, in the Fever app. Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with your carer's ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Kammermusiksaal at the Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 24-26, 53111 Bonn).
How do I get to the venue?
The Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 20 and 24-26) is located in the centre of Bonn, on the edge of the pedestrian zone and not far from the Rhine. From the main railway station, you can reach Bonngasse on foot in just a few minutes. Trams and buses stop at the nearby Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz / Beethoven-Haus stop, where there are also taxi ranks. Tram: 62, 65, 66 and 67. Bus: 529, 537, 540, 550, 551, 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607, 608, 609, 640. Stop: Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz / Beethoven-Haus.
Will food and drink be available?
No, no drinks will be sold.
Can I bring animals?

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
