Through the Fever app (Google Play or Apple Store) or on the Fever website. There is no box office on site.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Where do I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?

In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same credentials you used to purchase). The QR code is also in your confirmation email. Printing is not required.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

You can change your date up to 48 hours in advance—contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change Date and/or Time' button in the Tickets section of the Fever app (if available). Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Can I make a group booking?

You can book for a group up to the number of available tickets on the app or website (subject to availability). Special group bookings are not available for this event.

Do I need to be on time for my session?

Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the start. Arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can assign you a spot in your booked category. The show starts promptly; late entries are not permitted out of respect for the performers and the audience.

Are food and drinks available on site?

No, there is no food or drink for sale.

Can I bring pets? Are guide dogs allowed?

Animals are not allowed. Guide dogs are welcome.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. The theatre is on the ground floor with no stairs and is fully accessible. Unfortunately, the toilets are not adapted.
