What is The Jazz Room?

The Jazz Room is a one-of-a-kind concert experience consisting of a mix of carefully chosen classics and spontaneous improvisation, performed live in an intimate setting.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 1 hour.

Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?

You can purchase beverages at this event; however, food will not be available.

Will there be strobe lights?

No — there will not be any strobe lights.

What are the different seating zones?

Zone A: Tables. Zone B: High tables. Balcony: Chairs only. Seats are assigned at the entrance by staff on a first-come, first-served basis within your selected zone.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you should remain seated except in case of emergency.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode during the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time. Use the Fever app exchange option or contact support with your ticket ID.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes — you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account for free via the Fever app.

Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?

No — tickets are only available via the Fever app or website.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes — arrive together with tickets for the same zone, and staff will do their best to seat you together.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free carer pass — please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket.
