What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (VIP leather seating), Zone B (mezzanine table-top seating), Zone C (table-top seating) and Zone D (theatre-style seating). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (https://feverup.com/connecticut/candlelight) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

The experience will take place at the Bijou Theatre, 75 Fairfield Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604.

How do I get to the venue?

You can drive to the venue or use a rideshare.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes, with doors opening 60 minutes before.

Is there food served?

A selection of wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages is available for separate purchase at the venue.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all online add-on purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
