Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — sign in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your confirmation email, so be sure to check your spam folder. You don't need to print your ticket; just show the QR code at entry.
Can I change my date or get a refund?
Depending on availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost — just click “Transfer Ticket” in the Tickets section of the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last, and what if I arrive late?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it has started — arriving late means you won't be able to enter and won't be refunded, so plan to arrive with plenty of time.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Will food or drinks be available?
There will be no food or drinks available for purchase.
Is there an age requirement?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Wings and Front Row sections have wheelchair accessibility, with limited wheelchair seating available. If you can't find available tickets, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.
Can I take photos, videos, or use my phone during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or videography is allowed during the performance — only at the end of the show, without flash, when the artists indicate. Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout.
What ticket types are available?
The venue is divided into three seating zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or our website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for a caregiver/personal assistant?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker — contact us with proof of need, and we'll provide a voucher code for the free carer ticket. Keep this along with your ticket to enter the venue.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you've purchased tickets in the same section and arrive together — we recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
Is there a dress code?
There's no dress code, but we recommend dressing comfortably. It can get chilly in the theatre, so consider bringing layers.
Can I leave during the performance?
Out of consideration for the artists and other guests, please stay in your seat unless it's an emergency.
What happens if a show can't take place due to weather?
If weather conditions affect the performance (change of venue or postponement), you'll be notified by email in advance.
Are the candles safe?
For safety, all candles use flameless LED lights.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals aren't allowed, except service dogs — please let us know in advance by contacting us.
