Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just tap “Transfer Ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket order number if you need help.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change your ticket's date up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds aren't available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on. With that add-on, you can cancel and get a refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and latecomers won't be admitted.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on view quality. Your seat is assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis within the section you chose. Tickets aren't sold on-site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion ticket for their personal assistant. Contact us with proof that you need a companion ticket; once approved, we'll give you a voucher to get a free companion ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). You must show both your regular ticket and this companion ticket when entering the venue.
Is there food or drink available at the venue?
Sorry, no food or drinks are available for purchase during this event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide parking.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, this event takes place at an accessible venue, including for wheelchair users.
Can I use my phone or take pictures/videos during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire show. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final song and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Sorry, only service animals are allowed into the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, we use flameless candles.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll always let you know by email in advance.
