This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for the front row as well as for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must be in possession of a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at MaiHof – Pfarrei St. Josef, Weggismattstrasse 9, 6004 Lucerne.
How do I get to the venue?
Take bus line 1 from Lucerne Bahnhof towards «Ebikon, Fildern» to the Schlossberg stop. Lines 22 and 23 also serve the Schlossberg stop.
Is food and drink available?
No food or drink is available.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
No, there is no cloakroom available at MaiHof.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert begins. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you booked. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out: simply show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of our guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and there is no interval planned.
