Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event starts, with no documentation required; the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the show last?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is permitted once it starts.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink served?

No, there is no food or drink available.

Is there parking available?

Limited parking is available; using rideshare is recommended.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated; if you arrive late, you won't be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for guests' safety, all candles used are flameless.

What's the policy on Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Any Candle 3-Pack bought online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since it's tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and collected on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
