Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page shows the different zones available. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — they must be bought through the app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those 8 and up. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
Royal City Mission Church, 50 Quebec St, Guelph, ON N1H 2T4. It's accessible by car or city bus — a five-minute walk from the main bus depot and a three-minute walk from the Route 99 Mainline stop.
Is there food served?
No food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is allowed inside the performance space.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes — Royal City Mission Church is wheelchair accessible through the rear entrance off Chapel Lane, via a lift operated by staff or volunteers. Accessible seating is available in ticket zones A and B. If you have accessibility needs, contact us for more information.
Is there parking available?
Royal City Mission Church is a five-minute walk from both the Market Parkade on Wilson Street and the West Parkade on Macdonell Street.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
How long does the show last, and when should I arrive?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before it starts, and once it begins no further entry is allowed — please arrive early to be assigned your seat.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
