Our "Relaxed Sessions" are designed for anyone who wants to enjoy the experience in a quieter atmosphere.

• Reduced Capacity: We significantly limit the number of tickets per slot to create more personal space.
• Authentic Experience: Please note that the lighting and sound effects of the original exhibition remain unchanged (alternating between light and dark areas as well as the original soundscape).
• Interactive Elements: The exhibition invites you to discover and collect materials throughout the space. Despite lower visitor numbers, there may be moments of brief proximity to others.

We recommend checking in advance whether the light and sound conditions are suitable for you or your companions. We count on a considerate environment so that all guests can fully enjoy the magic of the experience.

Guests who rely on a companion will receive a free additional ticket for them.

The guest requiring assistance needs a regular, valid ticket.
For children, there must be at least one full-price ticket in the group to claim a free companion ticket.
