The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.

No food or drink will be served.

There is no parking available at the venue.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket.
