The Apostel-Paulus-Kirche in Schöneberg-Mitte is a historicist brick building in the neo-Gothic style. It offers space for spirituality and has outstanding acoustics for concerts and radio services. The church is also a place of interfaith dialog and is rented out for cultural events. A place of community and faith.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as for the gallery.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the corresponding proof. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible, except with the Flexible Refund Ticket. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Apostel-Paulus-Kirche (Grunewaldstraße 77A / corner of Akazienstraße, 10823 Berlin-Schöneberg).
How do I get to the venue?
The nearest U-Bahn station is Eisenacher Straße.
Are food and drinks available?
No, no food or drinks are sold on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the church has disabled access. We ask that you send us a short email at hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.
Is there parking available?
There is no on-site parking.
What is Candlelight Foto?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy Candlelight Foto at the venue?
Yes, the photo experience can be purchased at the venue until sold out. Guests who book it together with their concert tickets via the website will be given priority over those who buy it on site. On site, we only accept credit card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold them after the concert.
When do I get my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new date for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, the on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site to start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
