All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact Fever with your ticket ID to make the change.

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, which lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the event starts, with no documentation required. The refund covers the full ticket price minus a 10% fee for the flexible option (it can take 10+ days to appear if paid by card or PayPal, or you'll receive a new voucher if you paid with one). Choosing an exchange instead gets you a voucher for the same value, valid only for rebooking this same experience. Contact Fever here to request your refund.

Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. Keep in mind that a Flexible Cancellation ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred, so you'd forfeit any remaining refund eligibility on that ticket.

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available for additional purchase. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Snapshot by Candlelight is an optional paid photo package offering a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with 1 instant printed polaroid-style picture per purchase. It can be bought online when you buy your concert tickets (priority) or at the venue if it hasn't sold out (on-site purchases are card only, no cash). Your photo is taken before the event — the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit; pictures can't be kept for you if you leave without collecting them. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity itself is cancelled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
