All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

The concert will be held in The Great Hall, located within The Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora, at 2 Worcester Boulevard, Christchurch 8013. The Arts Centre occupies an entire city block bounded by Worcester Boulevard, Rolleston Avenue, and Hereford and Montreal Streets.

Enter from Worcester Boulevard or Rolleston Avenue, then follow the pedestrian paths through the grounds to the North Quad, where The Great Hall entrance is situated. Clear walkways and signage are available once you are inside The Arts Centre grounds. By bus: plan your journey at www.metroinfo.co.nz. The stop for Bus 8 (Airport/Lyttelton) is a two-minute walk from the Rolleston Avenue or Hereford Street bus stops, and the Christchurch Bus Interchange is approximately a 10-minute walk from The Arts Centre. By tram: tram stops are directly outside on Worcester Boulevard, just outside the main Arts Centre site entrance.

The Arts Centre has a limited number of visitor car parks available (10, 30, 60 and 120-minute spaces). The 60-minute parks are located in the Hereford Street car park at 25 Hereford Street, where there are also four 120-minute electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. There are two mobility access parks in Market Square and two in Hereford Street, with no time limit. There are also plenty of nearby parking options, including on-street metered parking, Christchurch Art Gallery parking (access via Gloucester Street), Ravenscar House parking (access via Worcester Boulevard) and the West End parking building (access via Cashel Street).

Yes, The Great Hall is fully accessible for visitors with mobility needs. The venue is wheelchair-accessible, featuring ramps and level entry points. Accessible toilets are available on site.

This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively available to guests who purchase it. You will have the opportunity to have your photo taken in a specially designated area we have set up. As a souvenir, you will receive a printed picture in a polaroid style. Each purchase offers one instant picture.

Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided we have not reached the sold-out threshold. Customers who purchase the photo opportunity via the website when they purchase their concert tickets enjoy priority over those who make on-site purchases. On-site purchases are limited to credit card transactions only; no cash will be accepted.

Your photo will be taken before or after the event. Venue staff will provide information about the photo experience once you are inside the venue. Announcements will be made to ensure that attendees do not forget about this special experience. Please do not hesitate to approach any of our staff members if you have any questions.

You will have the opportunity to choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff will print them during the concert, so you can collect your pictures at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your physical pictures with you before leaving, as we will be unable to keep any pictures for you. If you forget about the experience and leave without taking your pictures, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule the opportunity.

The venue staff will provide information on where the photo experience is located.

You will have a QR code emailed to you; this will be in a separate email from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue in order for us to take your picture.

Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons. In such an event, you will receive a refund for the purchased photo opportunity.

Sharp heels and stilettos are not allowed, due to the heritage flooring of the venue.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
