You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Are refunds allowed?

Standard tickets are non-refundable. With a flexible refund ticket, you can get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts; no supporting documents are required.

What different ticket types are available?

Tickets are available for Zone A, B, C and D. Ticket option G, with a companion seat, is reserved for guests with reduced mobility; a companion automatically gets a free seat next to them (proof required on site).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
