About the venueRialto Theatre

The Rialto Theatre is a National Historic Site of Canada located in Montreal. Built in 1924, it features a large auditorium with a rich neo-baroque decor. Restored in 2012, the Rialto now hosts a wide variety of shows showcasing emerging Montreal artists.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium Zone - Box seating, Zone A - Orchestra, Zone A - Balcony, Zone B - Orchestra, Zone B - Balcony, Zone C - Orchestra, and Zone D - Orchestra.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. No refunds will be issued.

How long does the show last, and when do doors open?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Is there food and drink available?

This is not a dinner show, so no food is sold on-site. There will be a bar selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Is there parking nearby?

No parking is available at this venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Access is restricted to guests aged 8 and up. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

Wearing a mask is not mandatory, although strongly recommended. This policy is subject to change according to the province's regulations.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. However, the Zone A Balcony and Zone B Balcony sections are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
