Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
What different ticket types are available?
There are three ticket zones: Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B offers great visibility and Zone C offers good visibility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Hicks Auditorium, Conference Center at the Main Library (303 Laura Street N, Jacksonville, FL 32202).
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in Downtown Jacksonville and is accessible by public transport. As there is no onsite parking, we recommend using a rideshare service.
Is parking available?
No, there is no onsite parking available. Street parking and parking garages are nearby, and using a rideshare service is recommended.
Is food or drink available?
No, there will be no food or beverages available for purchase. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, which is essential before applying, please contact us for more information.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive around 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
