♿ Accessibility: The experience is largely wheelchair accessible, except for two rooms that are only accessible via stairs, and one room that includes a ball pit and a swing

Birthday Celebrations
⏳ You can use the birthday room for 30 minutes
🎂 The birthday package includes 1 soft drink per guest
👥 Please note that all persons entering the birthday room require a valid "Birthday Ticket" (except children under 2 years). All participating adults must have a valid ticket and children must always be supervised by an adult
👥 You may be able to add more participants upon arrival, however this depends on availability on the day. It is recommended to purchase all tickets in advance

FAQ

• Birthdays must be booked via the website, not by email
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room and a non-alcoholic drink per person
• Your birthday room will be reserved for you at the time you have chosen. You can enter no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked time. The room accommodates up to 20 people
• When you arrive, please let the box office know that you are there for a celebration, and a member of the team will come to assist you. During the party, a team member will be assigned to you to ensure you have access to the room and your tickets
• All guests must have a ticket, including for entry to the party room, unless they are 2 years old or younger. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations, however attaching tape to the walls is not permitted.
• You are welcome to bring your own cake and drinks, however alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
• To provide you with the best possible experience during your visit, your visit begins with 30 minutes in the party room, and your party guests visit the exhibition after the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, you do not need to gather your party guests to bring them back to the room in time for the cake and soft drinks
• At the end of the celebration, you will be accompanied to the start of the Bubble Planet experience
• Minors under 15 years of age must be supervised by an adult
• Due to fire safety regulations, candles are NOT permitted in the attraction
