Candlelight brings the music of Metallica to the Spiegelsaal at Congressforum Frankenthal: a string quartet plays the band's greatest songs live, by the glow of thousands of candles. A tribute concert for anyone who wants to experience these anthems in a whole new way.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is absolutely required), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience begins. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Spiegelsaal at Congressforum Frankenthal (Stephan-Cosacchi-Platz 5, 67227 Frankenthal).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof take the RE/RB to Frankenthal station, which is only 650 m (a few minutes' walk) from the Congressforum. By car: coming from Mannheim/Landau, head to the Oggersheim motorway junction, then take exit no. 7 onto the B9 towards Frankenthal and take the Frankenthal-Studernheim/Süd exit. From the direction of Kaiserslautern and Mainz, take the Frankenthal exit (exit no. 22) and follow the signs towards the centre/Congressforum.
Is there food and drink?
No, there are no food or drinks available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a car park?
Yes, the venue has its own parking facilities: at Congressforum Frankenthal you'll find the P7 Congressforum car park.
Can I still get in after the concert starts?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
