What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Please contact us with proof that you need a carer's ticket. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get a free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If you need to do this, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Richard-Wagner-Saal at Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg (Bahnhofstraße 1-3, 90402 Nürnberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg is located directly opposite the main train station. There is also direct access to underground, bus and tram lines right outside. In addition, there is a paid car park at the main train station. Parking directly in front of the hotel is not permitted.
Will food and drinks be available?
Drinks will be available to purchase, but may not be taken into the hall. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, disabled access is available. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?
No. There is a paid car park at the main train station; parking directly in front of the hotel is not permitted.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package, offered on selected dates, provides a unique photo experience exclusively for guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo session will take place before or after the concert. However, to make sure there's enough time to take your photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll be able to choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen so you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it and start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
When do doors open? Can I still get in after the concert has started?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started isn't possible.
Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is scheduled.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
