Candlelight brings the great hits of the 80s to Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche Berlin: a string quartet plays the songs of an unforgettable decade live, in the glow of thousands of candles. A concert full of nostalgia, energy and emotion.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

About the venueHeilig-Kreuz-Kirche Berlin
The Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche Berlin was built in 1885-1888 in neo-Gothic style and named "Kirche Zum Heiligen Kreuz" after the biblical story. It houses modern works of art such as a stained glass window and a triptych. It was consecrated in the presence of Emperor Wilhelm II and his wife Auguste Viktoria, who had donated the altar.

What are the different types of tickets?
There are tickets available for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If you'd like to do this, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with the Flexible Refund ticket. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche (Zossener Straße 65, 10961 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
By underground to Hallesches Tor or Mehringdamm.
Are food and drinks available?
There is a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us via the contact form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the church is wheelchair accessible. We kindly ask that you send a short email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in an area we've specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until sold out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo session will take place before or after the concert. However, to allow enough time for taking your photos, we prefer to carry out the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose which of your photos to have printed on site. Our team will then print your selected photos for you to take with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we cannot offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you will be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
