This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

With numerous readings, discussions, and exhibitions, the house is considered a staple in Frankfurt's cultural life.

The Tiefgarage Bildungszentrum Ostend car park (Sonnemannstraße 13) costs €2 per hour and is open Mon–Sat from 6:30am to 1:00am and Sun from 7:30am to 1:00am. Open round the clock are the parking facilities at Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside (Lange Straße 5–9), at Hospital zum Heiligen Geist (Lange Straße 4–6) and at Lindner Hotel & Residence Main Plaza (Walther-von-Cronberg-Platz 1).
Accessibility
The event rooms and toilets are wheelchair accessible. The step-free entrance is located at the back of the building, next to the car park. All event rooms are fitted with an induction loop.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience will receive a free ticket for a personal companion. First buy your own valid ticket, then send proof via the support form. After review, you'll receive a voucher that lets you get the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Show both tickets at entry.
Is there an age restriction?
No entry under 8 years old. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience. Contact support with your ticket ID to do so. A refund is not possible.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
At selected events, the flexible refund ticket lets you get a full refund of the ticket price if you decide not to attend.
By when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
Contact support no later than 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it is not eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
You don't need any documents.

How do I get there by public transport?
By S-Bahn lines S1–S6, S8 and S9 to "Ostendstraße", by bus lines 30 and 36 to "Schöne Aussicht", by bus line 45 to "Frankensteiner Platz" or by tram line 18 to "Hospital zum Heiligen Geist".
Is there food and drink available?
No food or drinks are sold on site. The building houses the restaurant Goldmund, where you must book directly with the restaurant in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Only assistance animals are allowed. Pets are not permitted.

How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is scheduled.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
