Candlelight: Tribute to Phil Collins

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience begins. To do so, contact Fever support and provide your ticket ID. A refund is not possible; you'll find all the details in the terms and conditions.

For selected events, tickets with flexible refund are available, allowing you to request a full refund if you're unable to attend.

In the Himmelsaal at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Böttcherstraße 2, 28195 Bremen.

By car: on the A1, take the Bremen-Arsten exit towards the city centre and follow the route via Neuenlander Straße, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, over the Weser, Martinistraße and Wachtstraße; the hotel is on the corner. By public transport: from the main train station, take tram line 4 (towards Arsten) or 6 (towards the airport) to the Domsheide stop; from there it's about a 200 m walk. On foot: the easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is via Wachtstraße.

Before and after the event, you can book a table at The Lobby restaurant and get drinks there. No drinks are served during the event.

Pets are not allowed, but service animals are. If you're accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the Fever support form.

Unfortunately, the hall is not wheelchair accessible.

Yes. There is an underground car park to the left of the hotel, which can be used for an extra charge.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
