Meat

• Homemade ham croquettes
• Chorizo lollipops with quince aioli
• Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce

Seafood

• Crispy squid with aioli
• Spanish black rice with squid, prawns and aioli
• Pan fried king prawns with garlic and chilli

Veggies

• Spanish omelette
• Fried potatoes in a spicy tomato sauce and aioli
• Selection of chargrilled vegetables drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and smoked paprika

The crew at Salvador and Amanda are cooking up (quite literally) a delicious selection of tapas, which you can wash down with a refreshing glass of Sangria, or white wine topped up with fruits.
