How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?

The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. The concert starts on time and, out of respect for the musicians and other guests, latecomers can't be admitted once it begins.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors at Wentz Concert Hall, with seating assigned by zone (first come, first seated within your zone).

Can I take photos or use my phone during the show?

Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, and only when indicated by the musicians.

Are the candles flammable?

No — for everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Purchase your own ticket first, then contact us for more information.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to purchase). Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
