Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. No admission will be possible once the concert has begun.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: within the zone on your ticket, they are allocated in order of arrival.
Let the music take over

About the venueSt. Martha
The Gothic St. Martha Church is a medieval gem, hidden amidst a block of houses on Nuremberg's Königstraße. Due to its masterfully crafted stained glass windows, created around 1390 and 1410, it is one of the oldest churches in Nuremberg. The church holds the highest art historical value.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available on-site. Buy them before your visit via the Fever app or at feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. First buy your own valid ticket, then send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Changes to the date and/or time are possible, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Church of St. Martha, Königstraße 79, 90402 Nuremberg.
How do I get to the venue?
The church is a five-minute walk from Nuremberg Central Station. It's set back in a gap between two buildings on Königstraße.
Is food and drink available?
No food or drink is sold on-site. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.
Is the church heated?
The church is heated to around 15°C. We recommend bringing warm clothing and a blanket.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are exempt.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, access is wheelchair friendly. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so the team can prepare everything.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
