What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatrical event.

How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be strobe lights.

Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each ticket zone.

Is food served?
No.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, participants can take photos and record the experience. However, we ask that you be respectful of other attendees and performers by avoiding the use of flash.

Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the venue.

About tickets

What are the different ticket types?
Half-Price, Social Entry, and Full Price tickets for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different price based on proximity to the stage.

What is the difference between Full Price and Social Entry tickets?
Full Price: the standard ticket for the event, available to anyone.
Social Entry: also available to anyone, no proof required. Includes a $2 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.

Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) or at www.feverup.com. Tickets are not sold at the event venue.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email after arriving at the venue.

Can I reserve a ticket for my caregiver?
Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your ticket, contact us with the supporting documentation.

Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PWD) and their companions, low-income youth, and teachers from the state public and municipal networks. Proof required at event entry.

Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
