About the experience

What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatre event.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Are seats assigned?

No, seats are not assigned. Seating is determined on a first-come, first-served basis within each selected zone during ticket purchase.

Is food served?

No.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, participants can take photos and record the experience. We ask that you respect other audience members and performers by avoiding the use of flash.

Can I smoke or vape during the experience?

No, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the venue.

About tickets

What are the different ticket types?

Half-price, Social Entry, and Full-price tickets for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different price based on its proximity to the stage.

What is the difference between Full-price and Social Entry tickets?

Full-price: the standard ticket for the event, available to anyone.

Social Entry: also available to anyone, no proof required. Includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organisation, already included in the ticket price.

Who can buy half-price tickets?

Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PWD) and their companions, low-income youth, and public school teachers (kindergarten, elementary, and high school levels). All must present valid ID; otherwise, they will be required to pay the full price.

Where can I buy tickets?

On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) or the Fever website.

Can I buy a ticket at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arrival.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email when you arrive at the venue.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Contact support indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted.

Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?

Customers who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your ticket, contact us with the supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 12 years or older. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Is this venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, in Zone A. Zone B is on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Please approach a member of our staff upon arrival for guidance.

Is there parking available?

Yes, private parking subject to availability.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
