What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you're the juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote decides the accused's fate.
How long does it last, and are seats numbered?
About 1 hour. Seats aren't numbered; seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes. This experience explores mature themes that may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict. There will be no strobe lights.
About your tickets
Where can I get tickets, and can I buy at the venue?
Tickets are only available on the Fever app or feverup.com, not at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets, or find a lost ticket?
Yes, transfer for free via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Your QR code ticket is also in the app's Tickets section and in your confirmation email; contact support if you still can't find it.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds under any circumstances. Date/time exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours before showtime, subject to availability, by contacting support.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, just show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion pass after purchasing a valid ticket, by contacting support with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, sight-impairment evidence, CredAbility Access Card, or an Assistance Dog ID).

Parking is available near the main lobby entrance on 84 Avenue, or in the lot north of the building next to Knox Church. Note: during Festival season the venue sits within the Festival Grounds and nearby parking is not available.

Service animals are welcome; other pets are not. Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted, and there is no smoking or vaping inside the venue.
