What can I expect from the event?
Get ready to experience a unique reinterpretation of the classic tale of Sleeping Beauty. This Ballet of Lights show will take you on an emotional journey through immersive storytelling, flawless dance and dazzling glow-in-the-dark costumes.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
What are the different ticket types available?
The following ticket types are available: Premium, Platea A, Palco A, Platea B, Palco B, Palco C, Palco D. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I enter the event if I arrive late?
We ask for maximum punctuality for the show's start time, out of respect for all attendees and the performers. Operations and validation staff reserve the right of admission once the show has started.
What happens if I arrive late and I'm allowed into the event?
If late entry is permitted once the show has started, it will only be to seats that have been left free, at the discretion of the operations and validation staff. Latecomers may be assigned seats different from the ones they purchased, so as not to block the view of attendees already present.
Can I claim my seat if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, there is no guarantee that you will be able to take the seat you originally purchased. Operations and validation staff will decide on the new location to minimise disruption to other attendees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all attendees and performers.
What are the different ticket types available?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 72 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are subject to availability. Email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
