Birthday Celebrations

FAQs

• Birthdays must be booked through the website and cannot be reserved by email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room.
• The birthday room is reserved for you at the time you selected. The earliest admission possible is 30 minutes before the reserved time. The room capacity is 30 people.
• Upon arrival, inform the ticket desk that you are there for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the celebration, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you have access to the room and your tickets.
• All guests must have a ticket, including for entry to the party room, except for children under 3 years old. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations; however, tape is not allowed on the walls.
• You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, although alcoholic beverages are not permitted on site. If you prefer, you can also order a pizza or cake to the venue – please indicate “Bubble Planet Experience” with the address 800 De La Gauchetière Street West, Montreal (Quebec) H5A 1K6. Exhibition hall located on the 1st floor to ensure there are no issues with your delivery.
• To provide the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room will begin your visit and your guests will visit the exhibition after the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this prevents you from having to search for your guests to bring them back to the room in time for cake and drinks.
• The room is equipped with "Happy Birthday" banners, tablecloths, napkins, forks, and plates for cake and drinks. For children under 3 or those who prefer, we can replace soft drinks with juice.
• With an iPhone or Android device, you will be able to play your own music in the party room.
• At the end of the room time, you will receive your tickets to enter the experience.
• Minors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
