In this class you'll also learn how to preserve your mochi, wrap them, and properly steam them! Mimi Lau, Chef-Owner at Mochii NYC, will guide you through the different types of mochi and teach you its history, its cultural importance, and what makes it a healthier and more nutritious treat in comparison to other sweets.
