Using only all-natural and fresh ingredients, you'll create and bite into traditional Japanese flavors, or try out bold new flavor combinations. In this class you'll also learn how to preserve your mochi, wrap them, and properly steam them! Mimi Lau, Chef-Owner at Mochii NYC, will guide you through the different types of mochi and teach you its history, its cultural importance, and what makes it a healthier and more nutritious treat in comparison to other sweets.
