Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. If you did, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, and the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No food or beverages are available at this location. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue, with the exception of water.
Is parking available?
There is street parking available nearby, in addition to the Republic Parking Garages located on Orange St and Lemon St.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying, then contact us with supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible. When you arrive, please let the onsite staff know you require assistance and they will help you.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: Premium Visibility. Zone B: Great Visibility. Zone C: Good Visibility.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the audience.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
A paid add-on offering a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with an instant printed polaroid-style picture (1 per purchase). It can be bought online with your tickets or at the venue (subject to availability, on-site purchases by card only), and you'll get a QR code by email to validate at the photo area. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
