The St. Matthew's Centre has a small on-site parking lot with first-come, first-served spaces and designated accessible spots (limited availability — we recommend allowing extra time to park). If the on-site lot is full, nearby municipal options include the Charles & Benton Parking Garage (free on Sundays) and the Charles Street Surface Parking Lot (free after 5pm and on weekends). Limited street parking is also available nearby, subject to posted signage and time limits.

Yes, the St. Matthew's Centre is accessible: there is street-level access from Church Street with a lift to the sanctuary level, a ramp to the Lower Level Community Hall, an accessible entrance with a power door from the Benton St. parking lot, accessible parking spots on Church Street and in the main Benton Street lot, and accessible washrooms near the Fellowship Hall, Community Hall, and church office. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience.

St. Matthew's Centre Kitchener is located at 350 Queen Street South, Kitchener, Ontario, and is a short walk from the ION LRT stop at Charles Street Terminal, close to downtown bus routes, and within walking distance of King St. amenities. Various Grand River Transit (GRT) bus routes also connect to the area.

The ticket page specifies the different zones available for purchase. Zone A typically offers the best view of the stage, while Zones B and C are further back — Zone C may have a more limited or partial view depending on the setup.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased exclusively through www.feverup.com before arriving at the event.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
